Maintenance Technician at 100%

Job description:

Reporting to the maintenance service manager, the maintenance technician is responsible for the maintenance of the Nyon factory in a team of 6 technicians.

• This includes the maintenance, repair, and optimization of the company's technical equipment and installations.
• He/she ensures the continuity of system operation in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• He/she is in contact with production to best meet their requests/expectations.

Working hours:

Variable week: Morning / Day / Afternoon / Evening

The position involves rotation with the rest of the team.

Your main missions:

• Preventive maintenance: Perform planned maintenance operations on equipment (maintenance, cleaning, machine checks, replacement of worn parts, etc.).
• Corrective maintenance: Diagnose breakdowns and perform necessary repairs on equipment and installations.
• Emergency interventions: Intervene quickly in the event of a major breakdown to limit production stops and guarantee the safety of the installations.
• Equipment monitoring and management: Perform monitoring of equipment (counting operating hours, monitoring consumables, etc.)
• Continuous improvement: Propose technical improvements to optimize the performance and lifespan of equipment.
• Technical documentation management: Write intervention reports, update maintenance logs and equipment monitoring sheets.
• Use of CMMS
• Safety / Environment: in charge of site safety and monitoring water analysis, etc.

Profile sought:

• Required diploma: Diploma in industrial systems, CFC, Bac Pro, BTS or DUT in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or similar field.
• Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic and IT systems, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Diagnostic skills: Ability to diagnose breakdowns and propose suitable solutions.
• Safety know-how: Knowledge of safety rules related to technical interventions.
• Autonomy and organization: Ability to work independently while respecting priorities.
• Team spirit: Working in collaboration with other departments (maintenance, production, quality, etc.).
