Healthcare Specialist as Vocational Trainer 70-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the organization, planning, and implementation of learning support on the wards
• Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices and HF students
• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Management of the nursing process as well as leading case discussions
• Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver in nursing
• Taking on daily responsibility and coordination of the day team
• Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert for an assigned specialist topic with professional instructional authority

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course
• Professional experience in long-term care desirable
• Confident communication in the German language, both written and spoken
