As we are fortunately growing steadily, we are looking for a profound specialist in the field of property and casualty insurance in the back office to strengthen our 6-member team.

Tasks

• Creation of complex contract analyses and tenders
• Advising customers on the telephone
• Claims management
• Accompanying visits with mandate leaders in complex case scenarios possible
• Specialist responsibility in your area of activity

Qualification/Skills

• Completion as a certified insurance specialist with a federal diploma in the property or casualty insurance industry is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience (claims or underwriting)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills are an advantage
• High degree of customer orientation
