Wagerenhof

The Stiftung Wagerenhof (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive disabilities for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and nursing places as well as various daily and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. The specialties of Wagerenhof include its size and village character, which enables space for encounters. For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:

• professional further development of the nursing area
• development and implementation of nursing-medical concepts and professional strategies
• professional guidance and cooperation with external specialists (specialist doctors, therapists, and other specialist centers)
• professional cooperation with the nursing house managers
• management of nursing projects
• implementation of topic-specific training

• Several years of professional experience
