Department Head: Resource Management Nursing

The Nursing Directorate supports nursing managers with overarching services in ensuring operational operations. These include the qualified nursing personnel pool, the sitting watcher and nursing assistant personnel pool, as well as the Central Bed Management (ZBM).
As Department Head: Resource Management Nursing, you are responsible for these services and develop them together with the nursing managers. At the same time, you help shape the cooperation with the future Integral Capacity Management (IKM).

What awaits you

• You lead the Resource Management Nursing department with the personnel pools and the Central Bed Management
• You ensure reliable operational operations and the demand-oriented provision of services
• You lead and develop the managers and employees reporting to you
• You work closely with the nursing managers, identify their needs, and develop the offerings accordingly
• You use data and key figures to manage services in a demand-oriented and economical manner
• You review and further develop processes and interfaces in resource management
• You help shape the cooperation with the future Integral Capacity Management
• You participate in overarching projects and developments in resource and capacity management

What you bring with you

• You have training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau:mann HF or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• You have further training at Master's level (MSc, MA, MAS) in business administration, health economics, healthcare management, or an equivalent further training
• You bring several years of clinical professional experience in nursing as well as leadership experience
• You know the requirements and processes of the core nursing business and have a good understanding of operational connections
• You think and act in a service-oriented manner and enjoy working with different managers and departments
• You have a high affinity for data and key figures and combine analytical with business-oriented thinking
• You work in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
