Your tasks:

• Management, coordination and processing of new construction and renovation projects from development through planning, realization up to and including commissioning
• Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality for architectural assignments and/or GU/TU assignments
• Contact person for our clients, authorities, planning teams
• Ensuring project requirements and targets
• Creation of condition analyses, renovation concepts and feasibility studies

Your profile:

• Basic technical construction training with further training FH/HF or in project management
• Understanding of plans, understanding of quality, cost awareness
• Leadership personality in different construction projects
• Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Confidence in communication in spoken and written form
• High customer orientation
• Reliability, sense of duty, resilience, team player
