Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Assembly in retail construction who will strengthen our team and take responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of assembly projects. In this key position, you are responsible for ensuring that all assembly work is carried out efficiently and on schedule. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and the purchasing team to ensure that all materials and resources are available on time. Your main tasks include supervising the assembly work on-site, coordinating the assembly teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. In addition, you are the contact person for our customers during the entire assembly process and ensure high customer satisfaction. We expect you to have sound knowledge in retail construction and experience in leading teams. Your ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Requirement Profile

We expect from you completed training in the field of retail construction or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position. You should have excellent leadership qualities and be able to motivate and lead a team. In addition, good communication skills and a high level of organizational talent are required. Experience in dealing with customers and the ability to work under pressure are also an advantage. You should be willing to travel occasionally and be flexible regarding working hours.
