Your missions Guarantee the maintenance and development of the AACSB international accreditation of the HEG-FR by driving continuous improvement processes, compliance with standards, and institutional coordination. * Ensure the management and monitoring of the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process * Coordinate the preparation of reports, indicators and documents required for AACSB evaluations * Supervise the monitoring of requirements relating to faculty qualifications (Faculty Qualification) and teaching coverage (Faculty Sufficiency) * Manage the Assurance of Learning (AoL) system and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement measures * Facilitate and coordinate the contributions of the various internal actors involved in the accreditation * Monitor AACSB standards, formulate recommendations to the Direction and drive the necessary improvement actions * Represent the HEG-FR to AACSB International and develop relationships with professional networks related to international accreditations Desired profile * Master's in management, quality, administration or training deemed equivalent * Proven experience in the autonomous management of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders * Experience in the field of AACSB and/or Business School accreditation constitutes a major asset * Great autonomy and ability to lead a strategic project independently * Natural leadership, ability to unite teams and to obtain the support of various institutional actors * Strong sense of organization, planning and respect for deadlines * Analytical spirit and ability to identify risks, priorities and opportunities for improvement * Excellent knowledge of MS-Office programs, ideally Academ, and interest in training on new computer systems * Mastery of the French and English languages with good knowledge of German Contact details of contact persons Pascal Wild, Director of the HEG-FR, [Write an email](< >), T jpidcc28c90jm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
