STAHEL Personal AG is looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Head of Technology 100% (m/f/d) for an established company in the Reiden LU region.

In this responsible position, you will take on overall technical responsibility and actively help shape the further development of processes and technical standards.

Tasks

• Leadership and professional development of the technical team of 8 employees
• Responsibility for the technical availability, maintenance, and optimization of the plants
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and investment projects
• Responsibility for material procurement and warehouse management
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental specifications
• Budget responsibility and cost control in the technical area
• Cooperation with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners
• Further development of technical processes, standards, and documentation

Qualifications

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or comparable qualification
• You understand business contexts and are numbers-oriented
• Affinity and knowledge in the field of electrical engineering is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a leading technical function is a must
• Sound knowledge in maintenance, plant management, and technical project management
• Experience in the leadership and motivation of employees
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage
• Good user knowledge in MS Office and ideally in relevant technical systems
