Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d) | 80–100 %

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Independent planning, management, and coordination of demanding construction projects from project design to successful handover.
• Responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines, and the economic implementation of construction projects.
• Leadership and coordination of all project participants, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities.
• Execution of tenders, awards, contract negotiations, and cost controls.
• Monitoring of construction execution, compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring quality standards.
• Competent advice and support for the client during all project phases.

Your profile and your qualifications

• Completed training as a construction manager, architect, civil engineer, technician HF, or a comparable construction-technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in independent construction and project management.
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction industry, SIA standards, and construction processes.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong awareness of costs and quality.
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and convincing communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with strong social competence.
