Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f) 80-100 % #### As Retail Construction & Transformation Manager, you will actively participate in the development of the BENU pharmacy network. You are responsible for demanding renovation, transformation, and remodeling projects, from the idea to successful implementation, and you are the central interface between internal teams, external partners, and our sites. The heart of your work: ##### In your role as Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f) 80-100 %, you are responsible for: • The overall management of retail, renovation, and transformation projects, including planning, budget, cost control, and deadline management. • The development and optimization of store concepts in collaboration with the Sales, Expansion, Marketing teams, and other partners. • The coordination of architects, site managers, specialist planners, general contractors, and craft companies. • The technical support of projects on-site as well as professional exchange at the same level with construction and craft partners. • The creation of investment budgets, business cases, and decision-making bases for management. • The development of standards and processes in the areas of construction, maintenance, and occupational safety. What makes our heart beat: ##### • Completed training in the technical, building, architecture, facility management field or comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in managing complex construction, renovation, or transformation projects. • In-depth knowledge in project management as well as experience in budget, cost, and supplier management. • Entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyment in leading projects autonomously. • Confident presence and ease of communication with management, architects, site managers, and craft companies. • Ability to clearly convey technical subjects and implement pragmatic solutions. • Structured, solution-oriented working method and great autonomy. • Very good knowledge of German or French as well as good knowledge of the other language; proficiency in English is an asset.
