Procurement Manager (80-100%, all genders)

Your tasks: You

• are responsible, together with the Procurement team, for ensuring an optimal and sustainable procurement process as well as achieving targeted savings
• participate in the development of the procurement strategy and implement it actively
• supervise and monitor all purchased services and goods of Arval (Schweiz) AG and ensure that the purchasing guidelines are applied correctly
• are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders at the decision-making level, manage purchasing volumes, and take over individual purchasing areas independently
• analyze and observe the national mobility market development and conduct tenders independently in various business areas
• support risk management as well as strategic supplier relationship management of partners and service providers
• are responsible for the entire contract management

Your profile: You

• have a completed commercial or technical education with business administration further training (HF / FH / Uni)
• already have several years of experience in the automotive or mobility industry in various areas along the supply chain
• communicate and negotiate confidently in German and English (verbal/written), Swiss German is an advantage
• are number-oriented, possess negotiation skills, and the necessary sensitivity to communicate with various stakeholder groups
• are proficient in MS Office applications, especially very good Excel skills
• are used to working independently and accurately and can set priorities
• approach life positively, are communicative, and an absolute team player
• have a driver's license (category B)
