One of our clients, a recognized and reputed player in the region, has mandated us for the search: Engineer - RMO You hold a degree in engineering from HES, EPF or an equivalent training. You have solid experience in managing technical teams and leading construction projects. You master the operational and financial management of infrastructure or technical equipment projects. You have good knowledge of the standards, directives, and procedures applicable to the fields of engineering and construction. You have excellent analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a minimum French level of B2. You lead an engineering team, ensuring the organization, coordination, and monitoring of activities. You define needs, plan investments, and contribute to the strategic orientations of infrastructures and equipment. You ensure the project management of engineering and construction projects, from design to commissioning. You guarantee the respect of quality, cost, and deadline objectives and financial monitoring of operations.
