Project Engineer Biomass Electrical and Automation Engineering

Responsibility for the electrical engineering planning and implementation of biomass and biogas projects, from the idea to commissioning.

Tasks

• Responsibility for electrical and automation engineering in projects of all sizes, from planning to implementation
• Planning of electrical systems as well as control and process technology systems
• Creation of technical reports, specifications, cost calculations and budgets
• Execution of tenders and support of awarding and procurement
• Coordination of external planning and programming services as well as technical documentation
• Monitoring of assembly and commissioning as well as handover to operations
• Representation as the client and coordination of building permit procedures with authorities

Profile

• Completed basic electrical engineering training, e.g., electrical installer, electrical planner or automation technician
• Further qualification as a Technician HF or Engineer FH, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in planning, project design, tendering and realization of electrical systems
• Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards, regulations and safety provisions
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, measurement technology and drives is an advantage
• Experience with biogas plants as well as energy and process plants is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
