We are looking for Nurses or ASSC with experience in adult psychiatry at 80%
Beyond technical gestures, you are a landmark, a presence that matters to the female and male residents, as well as to the entire team.
You ensure complete nursing care on a preventive, curative, palliative, and educational basis
You provide a precise clinical perspective, evaluate situations, and actively contribute to the organization of daily life
You work closely with an interdisciplinary team to guarantee coherent and qualitative support
You take part in the individualized therapeutic project, from its evaluation to its follow-up
You participate in the evolution of practices, by contributing to a continuous improvement of care
You are attentive to the needs of the female and male residents and their entourage, as well as your colleagues, in an approach that is both professional and human
