You will play a key role in the functional / technical design and architecture of solutions, acting as the bridge between business needs and IT implementation in a hybrid environment combining Mainframe / Cobol and Java applications.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Collect, challenge and formalize business requirements with a strong emphasis on solution design
• Define functional and technical specifications, focusing on architectural impacts and end-to-end consistency
• Contribute to the definition of target solutions, application flows, interfaces and data impacts
• Evaluate the impact of new requirements on the existing application landscape, particularly Cobol and Java components
• Work closely with development teams in Portugal and other stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable designs
• Support testing phases, including integration testing and UAT, and help resolve defects from a design perspective
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, simplification and optimization of business and application processes

You will join the Finance / Taxes team, composed of approximately 20 employees in Switzerland, and work closely with teams based in Singapore and Portugal.

The position is based in Geneve and/or Lausanne.

This team operates in an international, demanding and collaborative environment where solution quality, architectural consistency and delivery reliability are essential. You will work on strategic topics at the intersection of business, technology and application design.
