Present in Lausanne, Genève, Fribourg and Berne, it specializes in project management, construction management and delegated project management. Many times winner of important architecture competitions, its references in terms of public and private works are as numerous as they are prestigious. In order to strengthen the Lausanne branch, we are mandated to search for a Senior Project Manager ## With the benefit of AMO and/or RMO experience ### ### Your responsibilities ### You accompany clients in the steering and realization of their construction projects, from the first reflections to their concretization. Listening to their expectations, you translate them into clear objectives and realistic solutions, while ensuring respect for qualitative, financial and temporal stakes. You contribute to the definition of specifications, analyze the feasibility of projects and surround yourself with the expertise necessary for their proper conduct. A true interface between the different actors, you coordinate the representatives, companies and partners, structure exchanges and ensure the proper flow of information. Close to your clients, you advise them in their decision-making and ensure regular reporting on the progress of operations. Both operational and strategic, you permanently maintain a global vision of the projects and actively contribute to their success. Your profile ### Reliable, committed and pragmatic, you have a sense of responsibility and are recognized for your ability to move projects forward. Your listening skills, your interpersonal ease and your architectural sensitivity allow you to understand the expectations of your interlocutors and to unite partners with multiple interests. Possessing natural leadership, you appreciate collaborative work while knowing how to take a step back and maintain a global and strategic vision. Holder of a higher education degree in architecture, engineering or an equivalent field, you have acquired confirmed experience in the management of construction projects in Switzerland. Ideally with the benefit of a career in AMO, RMO or in a comparable function, you master the Swiss construction environment, its actors, its processes and its administrative procedures.
