Technical Specialist: Facility Management Projects

To strengthen our Buildings and Environment team, we are looking for a technical Projects specialist starting in October 2026 or by agreement. You direct facility management projects, are responsible for operational issues, and advance the development of processes and digital systems. Furthermore, you ensure the smooth handover of projects to operations. Your tasks • You direct and coordinate projects in the field of buildings and the environment, from sector development to the digitalization of processes. • You implement the CAFM system, develop it continuously, and advance digitalization in facility management. • You ensure the successful transition of construction projects to operations and create the necessary organizational and documentary foundations. • You support the implementation of building automation and accompany users in operations. • You analyze, optimize, and standardize processes in the field of buildings and the environment in close collaboration with internal interfaces. • You guarantee a structured and high-quality database for analyses, management control, and operational decisions. • You are responsible for contract and supplier management and maintain sustainable partnerships with external providers. • Together with a collaborator, you are responsible for technical management (including themes such as key and parking management). • You advise and support maintenance team leaders in repair and renovation projects. • You represent the Buildings and Environment field in interdisciplinary projects and actively contribute your expertise. Your profile • You have a tertiary education at FH/HF level with a specialization in facility management or an equivalent continuing education. • You have solid professional experience in facility management, focused on the operational phase of buildings, as well as a good understanding of technical and constructive aspects. • You possess proven skills in project management and experience in the planning, steering, and implementation of demanding projects. • You are comfortable with IT and proficient in digital systems, CAFM solutions, and data management. • You have knowledge in organizational development as well as in the design and optimization of processes in building management. • You work autonomously, structurally, and in a solution-oriented manner, and know how to set priorities even in a dynamic environment. • You have systemic and conceptual thinking and like to evolve processes, methods, and structures. • You convince through your communication and negotiation ease and move with confidence in exchanges with different interest groups. • You quickly analyze complex issues, develop pragmatic solutions, and actively advance changes. • You like to coordinate, accompany specialists, and achieve successful results together.
