The employer is looking for a:

Cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• autonomous preparation of hot and cold dishes (à la carte and menu of the day)
• ensuring the regular execution of activities at one's station during service
• respect and rigorous application of hygiene and sanitary regulations and HACCP standards
• collaboration in the receipt of goods, in correct storage and in quality control
• general cleaning and tidying works of the kitchen area

Requirements:

• with AFC certificate
• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• employment at 100%
• employment from immediately for a fixed term until 31.10.2026 (accident replacement)
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
