Responsibilities ##

• Prepare banquet rooms following the instructions and standards of the company.
• Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to established standards.
• Ensure smooth service and respond to client needs during the event.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee the smooth running of banquets.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after events.

Qualifications ##

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role, ideally in a banquet or event context.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good presentation and professional attitude.
• Mastery of French (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
