Social Care Assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Social Care Assistant OSA (reported profession)

Tasks:

• collaborate within the multidisciplinary team within the scope of professional competence on the drafting of the Individual Development Plan
• use the working tools in use in daily practice
• participate in the rehabilitative activities and social and professional integration of the users
• promote and participate in animation activities, social life, and health education of the users
• collaborate with other social workers and the relevant services to support the Individual Development Plans from a network work perspective.

Requirements:

• AFC as a social care assistant OSA
• experience in the psychiatric field constitutes a preferred qualification
• knowledge of the institutions and the socio-sanitary network of the Canton Ticino
• ability to work in a team, critical thinking skills, creativity, proactive attitude, flexibility, empathy, and relational skills
• possession of a type B driver's license
• availability to work in shifts

• employment degree 80%
• start of service to be defined
• working hours shift work
• salary according to CCL
