Job Description ##

• Holistic care and support of the guests according to the nursing mission statement and nursing process
• Taking on the function as a primary caregiver
• Responsibility for the management and implementation of the nursing process of the assigned guests
• Carrying out the assessment of care needs according to RAI
• Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach
• Planning, organization, and accompaniment of doctor's visits
• Taking on late shifts from 16:00 or 17:00
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Taking on the role as a topic carrier in a specialist field
• Collaboration in the group-wide network to ensure and further develop the quality of care

Requirement Profile ##

• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to complete the corresponding further training
• Warm, appreciative, and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in varied and diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as high social competence
• Commitment to high-quality care and support
• Openness towards changes and new developments in everyday nursing care
