ÜK Learning Coach FaBe for the modules (MmB / MiA)

The [OdA Sozialberufe Zürich](< >) is responsible, as a cantonal vocational training association, for vocational training development and the promotion of young talent in basic training and tertiary level B in the fields of social work, education, and counseling. We are the contact partner for companies, associations, and authorities and represent the interests of practice in vocational training matters. In addition to inter-company courses in basic training (ÜK AGS and ÜK FaBe), we offer vocational pedagogical continuing education and professional exchanges for vocational and practical trainers, specialists, and managers, undertake practical training tasks in the tertiary sector, and advise on educational matters. In cooperation with the authorities and the Prüfungskommission 76 of the Canton of Zürich, we carry out tasks in the qualification procedures (QV). Through marketing and communication activities, we promote the positive perception of social professions in the general public. Furthermore, we participate in career fairs and organize conferences and vocational championships. To strengthen the specializations <<Menschen im Alter>> (MiA) and <<Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung>> (MmB), we are looking for the 2026/27 school year starting from the spring semester, in a teaching assignment relationship, a ÜK Learning Coach FaBe for the modules * Participation and Inclusion (MmB) * Self-determination and Self-empowerment (MmB) * Self-determination and Participation (MiA). Your tasks: * You educate FaBe learners based on the applicable framework conditions (educational ordinance, educational plan, and ÜK training program) and according to <<zük>> (Zürcher ÜK-Modell), in the respective ÜK action competencies. * You plan the ÜK according to our conceptual specifications, conduct them, and evaluate them. * You participate in training offers and quality forums of the OdA Sozialberufe Zürich and continuously further your education in your ÜK subject area. * You contribute cooperatively to the faculty and, if necessary, actively participate in the conceptual further development of the ÜK offers. You bring with you: * A professional qualification at tertiary level (higher vocational education or university) in the social sector and preferably a trainer course. * Vocational pedagogical continuing education (e.g., Berufsbildnerin ÜK in a part-time capacity) or the willingness to complete it. Current practical relevance in the areas of MiA and/or MmB. * Experience in the training of learners and in the design of teaching events.
