Tasks:

• Key Account Support: Here, you advise our customers, create offers, accompany product launches and phase-outs, and plan sales forecasts in close coordination with the customer and Service Level Management together with logistics.
• Customer development: You take over the independent support and targeted development of our D customers to exploit unused potential.
• Lead management: You are responsible for generating and qualifying leads in defined growth areas and thus lay the foundation for future growth.
• Complaint management: You coordinate the complaint process for your customers in cooperation with quality and logistics.
• Master data maintenance: Initiating the creation of new customer and article master data completes your tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: You have completed a commercial training or a degree in economics.
• Experience and know-how: Initial experiences in inside sales or sales are advantageous. You have a secure and routine handling of common MS-Office applications, initial experiences in handling ERP (preferably SAP) and CRM tools (preferably SAP C4C) are desirable.
• Personality and way of working: You work independently, structured and customer-oriented. You are also a real team player with high self-motivation and flexibility.
• Languages: You communicate stylishly and fluently in French (at least B2 level) and German (preferably bilingual).
