We offer 121 accommodation places for young people and adults with very diverse disabilities. Through care, guidance, and support in the areas of housing and leisure, they should be able to lead a daily life that is as autonomous and self-determined as possible.

What does your work look like?
Ideally, you work one day per week and assume the relief of the full-time concierge during holiday absences.
With a second concierge, you are responsible for the maintenance of the building, the technical installations, and the surroundings. Tasks include cleaning, monitoring technical installations, outdoor work, small repairs, and snow removal. During holiday absences, you assume the relief of the full-time concierge.

What should you bring?
You are reliable, autonomous, and committed; you like practical work as well as manual and technical skills. The position is also very suitable for retired people who wish to remain active and make use of their experience and skills.
You like working in a team, you are flexible and ready to get involved. Respectful and empathetic behavior towards people with and without disabilities is important to you.
A very good command of German, both spoken and written, is required. A category B driving license is necessary.
