Your field of activity
In this varied function, you accompany job seekers in their job search processes. During individual interviews, you analyze their initial situation, advise them in the preparation of convincing and targeted application files, develop job search strategies with them, and prepare them for job interviews.

You also support them in the effective use of the digital and IT tools necessary for their processes. You collaborate closely with the internal workshop managers as well as with the placement service, within the framework of interdisciplinary exchanges.

Your profile
You have excellent IT skills, particularly in the practical use of MS Office – especially Word and Outlook – as well as great ease with the digital tools commonly used in the context of job searching.

You possess solid writing skills in French and are able to write, correct, and optimize application files in a precise, clear manner adapted to different professional profiles. You know how to transmit your knowledge in a structured, patient way adapted to the needs of each participant.

Experience in accompanying job seekers, in human resources, recruitment, RAV counseling, or job coaching constitutes an asset. We also welcome applications from people with relevant professional experience in a related field who wish to put their skills at the service of supporting people in job search.

You are interested in the evolution of the labor market and current recruitment practices. Empathic, organized, and creative, you enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
