Social Educator The residential group Perron 12 offers eight young people who cannot live with their families of origin, living spaces in family-like structures. They are accompanied into independence with the help of a viable and reliable network of relationships. The pedagogical work is based on trauma-pedagogical principles. We are looking for you to strengthen our team! You are a reliable, appreciative, flexible, and humorous person who likes to work independently as part of a team. Driving a car, administrative tasks, and exchanging with external offices are easy for you. You have a social pedagogical education and are willing to further train yourself in trauma pedagogy. In the best case, you already have experience with 365-day operations and shift work. We offer you an exciting, diverse, and varied work environment with a lot of scope for action and design. Flexible working hours (also nights & occasionally on weekends) allow you to have an individual lifestyle. You will be supported in a family-like residential group by an open and appreciative team and by supervisions, and you will have the opportunity to further educate yourself.
