80 - 100 % permanent employment, depending on preference

No external temporary staff
No night work
Integrated into the regular duty roster (incl. weekends)
Allowances CHF 6 per hour from 20:00 as well as on Sat and Sun
BVG contribution 60 % employer (40 % employee)
