Your tasks: Proactive support of the partners in administrative and organizational matters Planning and organization of meetings, events, lectures, and travels Mandate management, including telephone contact with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as correspondence in German and English Invoicing and expense accounting Drafting and editing of contract documents, resolutions, memoranda, and legal pleadings Creation and design of presentations for internal and external purposes Structured deadline control and prioritization You have very good German and English skills (other foreign languages an advantage) as well as a flair for IT applications (MS Office, Legal Tech). You have a commercial basic training with a federal certificate of capacity (profile E/M) or a comparable training, ideally with several years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm.
