On behalf of the Stiftung Gärtnerhaus, we are looking for a personality as Head of Residential Department (80 - 100 %) for the residential sector in Meisterschwanden, effective immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible leadership role, you will manage the residential sector with around 60 residential places and lead 13 employees. You will ensure high-quality professional support for the clients and are responsible for occupancy planning as well as the further development of existing offers. You report to the foundation management and, as a member of the executive board, actively help shape the future of the foundation. In doing so, you pick up on professional and social developments and further develop the residential sector with a view to changing needs and financial framework conditions. Cooperation with authorities, specialist agencies, and other partners is also part of your tasks. For this versatile function, we are looking for a strong-leading and development-oriented personality with higher education in the social or health sector, preferably in social pedagogy or social work, as well as leadership experience. You lead clearly and appreciatively, can win employees over to changes, and also take responsibility in demanding situations. Knowledge in the subject areas of psychiatry, addiction, disability, or justice is an advantage.
