Deputy Residential Area Manager Nursing

What awaits you in this challenging task:

• Support the Residential Area Manager in ensuring holistic and resident-oriented nursing and care
• Assistance in the planning, organization, and further development of the residential area
• Assumption of delegated leadership tasks as well as daily and house responsibility
• Active management and accompaniment of the nursing process including seamless documentation
• Collaboration in specialist and project groups for the further development of nursing quality
• Assumption of leadership responsibility in the absence of the Residential Area Manager
• Contact person for employees, residents, and relatives in daily nursing life

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in long-term care
• Interest in leadership tasks as well as initial experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
