Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f)

Your tasks

• Management of accounts payable (recording, posting, payment, archiving and maintenance of master data) in SAP, responsible for the accounts payable of the parent company
• Reconciliation of the goods invoice account in cooperation with purchasing
• Timely planning and coordination of periodic payment runs
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Undertaking deputy duties within the team

Your qualifications

• Commercial basic training or at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Further training in accounting (as an accounting clerk) is an advantage
• Exact, structured, and systematic way of working
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Practical experience with accounting software, SAP experience FI and CO modules
• Good MS Office knowledge (Excel and Word)
• German (native language) and English in both oral and written form
