Head of HR (m/f/d) YOUR FUTURE BEGINS HERE. For our Human Resource department, we are looking for a Head of HR 80-100 % at our location in Zürich. MOTIVATING TASKS You lead an HR team with two employees and actively participate in day-to-day operational business. In doing so, you take responsibility for the professional support of all HR topics of ILF Schweiz. You continuously develop the HR management of ILF Schweiz and implement HR activities in line with the goals of the ILF Group. In doing so, you advise and support managers as well as employees in all personnel-related topics and contribute to modern, practical, and service-oriented human resources work. Your tasks include managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to personnel and talent development and departures. You also handle labor law issues, accompany personnel changes, and support managers in demanding employee matters. You actively participate in payroll processing, the administration of social insurances, as well as the creation of evaluations and reports for managers and management. Furthermore, you further develop HR guidelines, processes, and instruments and actively help shape topics such as Employer Branding, Leadership Development, digitalization, and employee development. QUALIFICATIONS THAT CONVINCE You have completed basic commercial training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification, for example with a focus on Human Resources or business administration. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in a generalist or leadership HR function, ideally in the construction, engineering, or planning industry. You have sound knowledge of labor law as well as the social insurance system and are characterized by strong advisory and communication skills. Your high social competence as well as your confident appearance enable you to work successfully with employees and managers at all hierarchical levels. You are very familiar with the use of HR systems, ideally Abacus, payroll accounting, as well as time management and reporting tools. Confident German language skills and very good English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
