As an architectural office with around 60 employees in Basel and Zürich, we develop, plan, and realize exciting and high-quality construction projects for private and public clients. We are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, as

Project Manager Architecture 80-100%

You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary planning team and, in cooperation with the client, achieve the specified milestones with them. Responsibly and independently, you lead our diverse construction projects through all SIA sub-phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client. This is done in compliance with budget, deadlines, and quality.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
• At least six years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in execution planning and realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
• Project management skills and integration ability
• Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength
• Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as a creative and forward-looking way of thinking
• Confident handling of common CAD and tendering programs (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
• Great interest and sense for architecture
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
