What you can achieve:
Recording, processing, and managing customer orders
Creation of invoices and administrative post-processing of orders
General secretarial and administrative tasks
Telephone and written contact with customers, employees, and internal departments
Maintenance and management of master data
Support of the branch management in administrative matters
Assistance with sales and distribution activities
Organization and coordination of various administrative processes
What you bring:
Commercial basic training or comparable training
Several years of experience in administration, order processing, or clerical work
Very good German skills in spoken and written form / French skills at least level B1
Confident handling of common Microsoft-365 applications
Exact, independent, and structured way of working
High service orientation as well as enjoyment of contact with customers and employees
Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality
