Lead Data Analyst

You will intervene across the entire data lifecycle, notably:

• Analyze and document data from different existing sources and systems.
• Design and evolve data models: conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional.
• Participate in data migration and integration projects.
• Design and implement Data Foundations.
• Perform exploratory analyses: profiling, volumetry, completeness, anomalies, consistency.
• Write functional specifications for data flows: source/target mappings, transformation rules, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with Data/Engineering teams on the design and implementation of flows.
• Produce analyses, indicators, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, documentation, and lineage.
• Maintain and enrich the data catalog.
• Support users and contribute to the formalization of needs.
• 10 to 15 years minimum of experience in the fields of Data / BI / Data Analysis.
• Expertise in Data Modelling.
• Concrete experience in data migration.
• Experience in the design or implementation of Data platforms.
• Excellent mastery of advanced SQL: complex queries, multi-source joins, aggregations.
• Mastery of a BI / Data Visualisation tool: Power BI or Qlik.
• Good understanding of ETL / Data Warehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of MDM concepts and data repositories.
• Ability to write functional specifications and formalize transformation rules.
• Good understanding of Data Quality issues.
• Excellent oral communication in French.
• Ability to be autonomous and proactive.

Appreciated skills

• Experience with Data Virtualization, Data Catalog / Data Lineage, Data Quality solutions.
• Good statistical knowledge.
• Experience in test engineering.
• Experience in user training and support.
