Client Accountant Fiduciary & Consulting 80%-100%

Tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting for national and international mandates in German and English
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting
• Preparation of VAT returns and turnover reconciliations
• Processing of withholding tax returns as well as tasks in the area of social insurance
• Preparation and creation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Creation of interim financial statements, reportings, and business evaluations
• Preparation and support of audits
• Support during consolidations, restructurings, and mergers
• Collaboration on national and international consulting projects
• Personal support and competent advice for our clients
• Professional communication with clients, banks, authorities, and other external contact persons
• Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks
• Active participation in shaping digitalization and the continuous further development of our processes

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in finance, accounting, or fiduciary services
• Several years of professional experience in a fiduciary company, auditing, or finance department
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting as well as in the tax and social insurance area
• Experience in managing international mandates is an advantage * Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills; other foreign languages are welcome
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with modern accounting and time tracking systems
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Communication strength, discretion, and a professional appearance
• Openness to innovation, digitalization, and varied challenges.
