What to expect

• You are responsible for the Central Switzerland & Glarus operational area
• You manage complex daily allowance cases with extended incapacity for work - from the initial situation analysis to sustainable professional reintegration
• You identify the need for action early, prioritise purposefully and initiate effective measures to promote reintegration
• You conduct demanding conversations with insured persons, employers, medical professionals and other stakeholders - clearly, solution-oriented and on an equal footing
• You coordinate different interests and develop viable solutions for all parties involved
• You work closely with claims processing and ensure efficient and high-quality case management
• You contribute ideas and actively develop our processes in case management

What you bring

• Completed basic training (commercial, medical, social insurance law or comparable)
• Ideally further training in case management, social insurance or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in case management, especially in professional reintegration or reintegration of employees after illness or accident is an advantage
• Knowledge in the area of daily sickness allowance and/or accident insurance
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex situations
• You combine empathy with the necessary assertiveness and communicate confidently even in demanding situations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Mobility and a valid category B driving licence
