Production Employee in Shift Operation (m/f/d)

As a production employee in shift operation, you will operate and monitor our SMC hot press machines and ensure a smooth production process. You will set up the plant, perform simple quality controls, and undertake additional manual processing steps such as deburring, cutting, or reworking the pressed components. In doing so, you will work reliably according to specified production documents. With technical understanding, care, and willingness to work shifts, you will contribute to a safe, on-time, and high-quality production.

Requirements

• Experience in production, ideally in fiber composite processing
• Knowledge in the operation of machines, preferably hot pressing
• Willingness to work in multi-shift operation
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to safely read work and production documents
• Skill for simple manual processing steps (e.g., deburring, cutting)
• Careful, quality-conscious, and reliable way of working
• Good physical resilience and ability to work in a team
• Valid forklift license is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
