For our partner, we are looking for a Financial Accountant 80-100%. Our partner is an international company based in the canton of Fribourg, active in the trading and distribution of products intended for various industrial sectors. Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the complete management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, from the entry of transactions to the monitoring of payments and reminders
• You take charge of periodic closings autonomously and ensure the reliability of accounting data as well as compliance with deadlines
• You prepare financial reports for management and contribute to the monitoring of key activity indicators
• You work in close collaboration with the CFO and support them on various accounting and financial issues, while participating in the optimization of internal processes
• You perform reconciliations between front office and back office activities to guarantee the consistency and accuracy of financial information
• You are the preferred contact person for external auditors and prepare the necessary elements for the smooth running of the audit work
• You join an evolving function allowing you, in the long term, to expand your field of responsibilities according to your skills, your interests, and the needs of the company

You offer your new employer

• You hold a degree in accounting or finance and benefit from a first successful experience in a similar function
• You have solid knowledge of general accounting and are able to perform closings autonomously
• You are fluent in French and English and enjoy working in an international and multicultural context
• You are comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a real asset, as is experience with other financial ERPs
• Experience in trading, industry, or an environment related to raw materials represents an advantage
• You stand out by your rigor, your autonomy, and your analytical mind, while enjoying teamwork and exchanges with various interlocutors
