In this context, it ensures the application of legal provisions within its areas of competence, conducts administrative procedures, renders decisions, and issues various authorizations. In order to ensure legal support for these activities, following the departure of the current position holder, we are looking for a legal counsel at 80%. Main mission(s) ### Advise and support the Service's units on legal issues related to their activities Investigate complex files and draft administrative decisions as well as legal acts falling within the Service's competencies Ensure the follow-up of administrative and contentious procedures Guarantee the compliance of the Service's practices with applicable legal provisions Participate in the development of projects for regulatory amendments, directives, and internal procedures Profile ### University Master's degree in Swiss law Bar admission 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a public administration Mastery of administrative law Practice of construction law, an asset Knowledge of the functioning of public administrations Writing skills Organized, autonomous, rigorous person with a sense of priorities Ability to work in a team Salary class ### 12 Start date ### 1 October 2026 or to be agreed Information ### Mme Franca Coppe, legal manager of the service, 021 315 32 43 Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents by 27.08.2026 via the online form.
