This is what your new daily routine with us looks like * Professional guidance and support for our clients in the areas of living, managing everyday life, leisure, and lifestyle design * Development and implementation of individual support strategies to promote personal development, autonomy, and inclusion * Main responsibility in key person work for two clients * Interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and other specialist agencies * Taking on departments and responsibilities in everyday life to ensure smooth processes * Participation in team meetings and supervisions * Active implementation of our values as well as the quality management system * Regular working hours with early, evening, and weekend shifts.
