Independent management of construction sites in the field of flat roofs and sheet metal work
Coordination and control of construction processes, trades, and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality
Preparation of offers and measurements
Contact person for clients, architects, and authorities
Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Your profile:
Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the flat roof/polybuilder and sheet metal industry or in a comparable position
Sound knowledge of construction processes, construction planning, and construction law
Leadership competence and organizational talent
Communication and assertiveness skills
Driving license class B
