As a caretaker: you play a key role: You keep everything in good shape, ensure a well-maintained environment and are the first point of contact for our customers on site. What awaits you You look after our properties and ensure the smooth operation of the technical and infrastructural systems. You carry out inspection rounds, minor repairs as well as maintenance work and coordinate external craftsmen. You support special cleanings as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas. You are the contact person on site for customers, suppliers and users of the properties. You benefit from a varied activity, modern work equipment and a well-coordinated team. What you bring with you You have completed training as a caretaker, specialist in facility management or bring a comparable qualification. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy performing minor maintenance, service and inspection work independently. You possess a category B driver's license and are flexible in your area of operation. You work reliably, independently and like to roll up your sleeves. You communicate confidently in German and appear friendly and professional towards customers and tenants.
