This is your contribution * Lead the operation of the school chancellery as office manager in the administrative, material, and personnel (militia) areas * Be responsible for the technical professional training of the office ordnances * Manage human resources of the basic training services (GAD) using the Army Personnel Information System (PISA) and Mil Office * Take over the management and supply of the command's operational detachment * Ensure connection, telephone, and information services * Manage credit for office supplies and manage all office machines and devices in chancellery operations

What makes you unique * Commercial vocational training EFZ * Several years of professional experience in administrative activities/secretarial area * Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite * Knowledge of federal IT applications (PISA, Mil Office, SAP, Acta Nova) * Military training desired (Qm, Einh Four, Büro Ord) * Willingness to work irregular hours

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment to general basic training to cadre training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, Personnel of the Army, five training associations, the training center, as well as the Specialist Office for Women in the Army and Diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees are active in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting field and contribute to success together with the professional military.
