To reinforce our team in maintenance cleaning in the Basel region, we are looking for a Team Leader (f/m/d) immediately or by arrangement

Team Leader Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• You personally pitch in during the daily cleaning work in your objects and independently organize the maintenance cleaning on-site.
• You plan the assignments of your small team, provide technical guidance to your employees, and thoroughly introduce new team members to their tasks.
• You ensure correct work execution, perform quality controls, and consistently pay attention to compliance with all safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• You take care of the professional care as well as the simple maintenance of the cleaning equipment and materials used.
• You are the competent and friendly contact person for our customers for all operational concerns directly in the object.

Your profile:

• You must have experience in maintenance cleaning - experience in leading small teams is a big plus.
• You are well-versed in modern cleaning techniques, material science, as well as the topics of occupational safety and health protection.
• Your way of working is characterized by reliability, independence, and structured organization.
• You are physically fit, resilient, and maintain an overview even in hectic times.
• You have good German skills (level B1), which enable you to communicate smoothly with your team and our customers.
