Do you have a commercial education, enjoy working independently and value direct contact with customers and business partners? Do you maintain an overview even in a varied working daily routine and communicate confidently in very good German and English? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks

• Independent and complete order processing from order to invoicing
• Creating, processing and controlling orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and transport documents
• Telephone and written support of our customers and business partners
• Creating and following up on offers
• Coordination and cooperation with sales, purchasing, logistics and distribution partners
• Maintenance and updating of customer, article and master data
• Support for the field service and internal contact persons with administrative matters
• General commercial and administrative tasks
• Daily work with SAP and our ERP system

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training
• Professional experience in sales back office, order processing or a comparable function is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is an advantage
• Good IT affinity and quick comprehension in handling digital systems
• Independent, structured, exact and expeditious way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with multiple tasks
• Team player, reliable, helpful and positive personality
