Your tasks

• Replacement of the Technical Manager in daily operations and organization
• Ensuring the availability and operational safety of the production facilities
• Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance and servicing work
• Active participation in the operational field of maintenance and technology
• Participation in optimization and investment projects in production
• Management and development of technical and maintenance teams
• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance and external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Active participation in the strategic evolution of the technical infrastructure
• Progressive takeover of management and organizational tasks with a perspective of technical management

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training (e.g. mechanic, automation technician, electromechanic or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in technology or maintenance in a production company
• Operational experience with production and industrial facilities
• Experience in management or coordination of teams
• Continuing education in the technical field (e.g. ES technician, master or equivalent) is an asset
• Autonomous, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Persuasiveness as well as teamwork and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
