System Engineer Datacenter Solutions (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• You develop resilient infrastructure and architecture designs in the hybrid datacenter environment.
• You plan migrations and implement complex implementation projects independently.
• You evaluate new technologies in the modern data center and hybrid cloud environment.
• You conduct technical workshops and accompany innovative solutions until successful production implementation.
• You are a technical Trusted Advisor for our customers and help translate requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.
• You analyze disturbances, take over troubleshooting, and ensure clean documentation of the IT environments.
• You work closely with our experts as a technical sparring partner and further develop standards, best practices, and delivery approaches.
• You cooperate with leading manufacturers, actively help shape our solution portfolio, and use labs, certifications, and further training to stay technologically at the pulse of the time.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• You have completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in the datacenter environment.
• You have sound technical know-how in server and storage technologies.
• You have sound knowledge of common hypervisor environments and Veeam Backup.
• Ideally, you possess knowledge and certifications in current hardware and software solutions, for example from HPE, Dell, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Pure Storage, or Veeam.
• You convince through strong communication skills and a high customer orientation.
• You have a great interest in new technologies, enjoy continuous further training, and enjoy presenting and moderating workshops.
• You score with analytical skills, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• You have very good German skills, good English skills, enjoy working in a team, and appear confident and professional.
