What you can move

• Responsibility for demanding inspection, repair, maintenance, and occasional new installation work on technically complex systems, facilities, and operating resources in the areas of sanitary, compressed air, and ventilation
• Maintenance and documentation of fiber optic and structured cabling networks as well as the associated infrastructure
• Execution of 24/7 on-call services and independent management of conversion and modernization projects at assigned Real Estate locations/areas
• Execution and coordination of switching operations in the low-voltage and high-voltage network as well as accompaniment of external tradespeople
• Maintenance, addition, and archiving of technical documentation for electrical installations and automation (GLS/MSRL)
• Processing of invoices, cost control, and project reporting in SAP

What you bring with you

• Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician with relevant further training in the field of activity
• Practical experience in a building technology, industrial environment combined with pronounced all-rounder or hands-on qualities
• Joy in the training and passing on of specialist knowledge to apprentices
• User experience with SAP (invoice processing, cost control)
• Knowledge in the CAFM system (facility management software) for documentation and management of technical systems is an advantage
• Driver's license category B as well as valid HAB operator course and forklift license

About the area

With a team of 10 building technicians, you will maintain approx. 50 buildings that are on average 40-50 years old and help keep them in shape. Additionally, you can actively contribute your knowledge to smaller projects.
